Dan Adamo is Vice President Customer Relations for UGI Utilities, Inc. Dan has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University. He has been at UGI Utilities for over 27 years. Over that time, he has had many roles of increasing responsibility from engineering, operations, regulatory rates, gas supply, project management, sales, marketing, and customer service. Currently oversees a team of over 250 employees that are responsible for all customer interactions from call centers, back-office billing, customer programs, sales, marketing, community relations, regulatory compliance, and public relations. He has also previously been on boards with LVEDC, Berks Economic Partnership, Greater Reading Economic Partnership (GREP), KIZ Bethlehem as well as members of the GREP steering and Nominating Governance sub committees, Energy Association of PA’s Consumer Service and Universal Service committees, American Gas Association’s Climate and Sustainability committee, and was UGI’s Annual Giving Chair and Co-Chair.
